AC-G Hot-Dip Galvanised Cast-In Anchor Channels | NexCast™

Robust, Versatile HDG Cast-In Channels for Concrete Structures

The NexCast™ AC-G range includes 10 ETA-certified hot-dip galvanised anchor channels, manufactured in cold-rolled, hot-rolled, and Powered variants. With ≥50 µm zinc coating to EN ISO 10684, these profiles provide durable corrosion protection suitable for general construction, civil infrastructure, and industrial environments.

Cold-rolled and hot-rolled AC-G profiles are rated for 2D loading (tension and shear perpendicular to the channel axis), while Powered channels—40/22P, 50/30P, and 52/34P—offer advanced 3D longitudinal shear capacity, making them suitable for higher-demand applications such as transport structures, tunnels, machinery bases, and heavy façade elements.

NexCast™ Powered AC-G channels also hold ETA fatigue certification, enabling safe use under dynamic loading with M12 and M16 TB1-G T-bolts.

Choosing the Right Cast-In Anchor Channel Configuration

Hot-dip galvanised cast-in anchor channels are widely specified for structural concrete applications where durability, load performance, and installation efficiency are required. The NexCast™ AC-G range covers a broad spectrum of profile sizes and load capacities, making it suitable for everything from façade support systems and precast elements to industrial steelwork and civil infrastructure.

Where projects involve higher corrosion exposure or marine conditions, engineers may consider stainless steel cast-in anchor channels for corrosive environments to ensure long-term durability. For applications requiring enhanced slip resistance or certified 3D loading, toothed anchor channel systems provide mechanical interlocking to prevent longitudinal movement.

All NexCast™ AC-G profiles must be installed using compatible T-bolts for cast-in anchor channels to achieve certified performance.
