The NexCast™ ACT-S 41/22 stainless toothed profile delivers mechanical interlock performance with full 3D loading capacity in 316 (A4-70) stainless steel. Ideal for marine, coastal, and corrosive industrial environments, the serrated design provides superior stability and resistance to longitudinal slip.
ACT-S channels are preferred for tunnels, high-humidity environments, water plants, exposed architectural structures, and dynamic or seismic conditions where robust mechanical engagement is essential.
Mechanical Interlock Fixings in Corrosive Environments
The NexCast™ ACT-S toothed stainless steel anchor channel combines corrosion resistance with certified 3D load performance. Manufactured from 316 (A4-70) stainless steel, it is suitable for marine infrastructure, tunnels, water treatment plants, and exposed architectural structures.
Where corrosion exposure is lower and stainless steel is not required, toothed galvanised anchor channel systems may be appropriate. For applications limited to 2D loading without mechanical interlock requirements, standard stainless steel anchor channels offer a streamlined alternative.
ACT-S channels must be used with stainless steel toothed T-bolts for anchor channels to maintain certified performance.
