How do I calculate chemical anchor cartridge quantities?

Calculate cartridge quantities by: (1) selecting your anchor type and diameter, (2) choosing EF500R+ 585ml or VF22PRO+ 410ml, (3) entering embedment depth and number of anchors, (4) adding a wastage allowance. The calculator uses the annular area formula and CEILING rounding to give a safe cartridge count.

What is the difference between EF500R+ and VF22PRO+ chemical anchors?

EF500R+ is an extreme strength structural chemical anchor in a 585ml cartridge, suitable for oversized drill holes. VF22PRO+ is a fast cure high strength anchor in a 410ml cartridge for standard AS 5216 compliant hole sizes only.

Can I use this calculator for post-installed rebar?
