You can easily see how you can save with 3 quantity buttons shown on each product page once the item is selected.
Please note in some cases volume based pricing is not feasible e.g, power tools, bundled product offerings or special items.
Can I order less then the box quantity?
We service the Australian trade industries and offer trade based pricing on all our goods. In order to offer this great pricing we need to package our goods in volumes as required by the trade.
We have refined these quantities based on years of market experience, this is why our unit price remains so competitive.
Ordering Online.
The Allfasteners website makes it easy to order online for both one time purchases and Trade Customers. You can order on your desktop, tablet or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For your convenience we can deliver most items directly to your home, place of business or directly to the worksite.
Click and Collect service is also available within the checkout simply select your nearest Allfasteners location, complete your order and we will notify you via email or SMS when you order is ready for collection.
How to order online.
Follow these steps to place your order:
Step 1: Browse our website and select "Add to Cart" once items and quantities have been selected.
Step 2: In the top right corner of screen, select the shopping cart to view order contents and proceed.
Step 3: Your Details – Enter your email and contact details. If you have a previously created a login you will be prompted.
Step 4: Shipping Details – Tell us where and how your order is to be delivered, including any courier notes. If you have saved delivery address they can be selected here.
Step 5: Shipping Options – choose from DeliverX, Deliver+ Site, or Premium+ delivery options.
Step 6: Billing – review billing details and select method of payment. If you have Trade Portal access you will only be required to enter a PO number to complete the order. Your normal billing terms will apply.
Step 7: Order Complete – once you press "Place Order," an order acknowledgment will appear. With option to view or download your order summary. Your order confirmation will emailed for your reference.
Changing or cancelling my order.
Generally once your order has been despatched we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your order. If an error has been made while ordering please contact our Customer Support 1800 255 349 and our friendly team will assist wherever possible.
To assist in your enquiry please ensure you quote your order reference number when communicating with Customer Support. Your order reference number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (ie. 2000012345).
Using promotional coupons.
At times, Allfasteners may run sales and promotional campaigns that involve using a coupon to redeem the offer. These codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it has been provided at checkout.
The value of the coupon code will not be refunded or extended should you fail to enter the code in prior to completing payment.
