Steve Strange has over 20 years of experience at Allfasteners, rising through the ranks from counter sales to his current role as Sales Director. With expertise in mechanical and chemical anchoring systems, logistics, and project-based fastener solutions, Steve is known for his customer-first mindset and hands-on approach. Notably, he supported the approval of alternative anchoring systems on the Metro Tunnel project and designed a custom drilling template to assist installers. An AEFAC Registered Installer, Steve combines technical knowledge with practical thinking to deliver compliant, real-world fastening solutions.

Declan Sangster has 1.5 years of experience at Allfasteners, supporting internal sales and business development across oil and gas sectors. Chandani Neupane is a Structural Engineer at Allfasteners with over a decade of experience across engineering design, research, and anchorage systems. Holding a PhD in Structural Engineering focused on anchoring in concrete under seismic loading, he brings deep technical insight into fastening performance and compliance. Chandani has contributed to advanced testing, finite element modelling, and seismic design on projects in Australia and internationally. Known for precision and a research-driven approach, he supports customers with safe, optimised solutions for complex construction challenges.
