Chandani Neupane is a structural engineer with over a decade of experience spanning industry and academic research. He holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, where his thesis focused on the performance of concrete screws for non-structural applications under seismic loading. His work led to the development of the first state-of-the-art experimental setup in the Southern Hemisphere to test fastening systems under simulated crack cycling, and contributed significantly to the understanding of anchoring behaviour in cracked concrete.
Before joining Allfasteners, Chandani held roles including Structural Engineer at GHD, where he performed structural analysis and design of buildings and components, and Research Assistant at Swinburne University, where he investigated innovative concrete systems and anchorage behaviour. Internationally, he contributed to seismic design and structural analysis across Asia as a Project Engineer with AIT Solutions, including heritage preservation and post-disaster school reconstruction in Nepal.
At Allfasteners, Chandani applies his deep technical expertise in anchoring systems, structural modelling, finite element analysis, and code-compliant design support. He is a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust) and is known for delivering safe, optimised, and technically sound solutions in high-stakes engineering environments.
