Eugene brings nearly two decades of experience in the anchoring and construction industry, including 13 years focused on concrete anchor systems and six years as a practicing Structural Engineer. Since joining Allfasteners in 2016, he has established and led the company’s Engineering team, providing advanced support in structural design, product development, testing, and compliance. Eugene has overseen anchoring solutions on some of Australia’s most complex infrastructure and high-rise projects, including the West Gate Tunnel, Sydney Metro, and Chevron One.

He played a key role in integrating AS 5216 compliant products into Allfasteners’ range and developed design tools such as the AFOS Anchor Design Software and the Anchor Selection Guide. A Registered Professional Engineer in Victoria and Queensland (RPE, RPEQ) and a Member of Engineers Australia, Eugene is recognised for his solution-focused mindset and ability to turn technical complexity into clear, practical outcomes for clients.
