Mechanical Interlock Anchor Channels for 3D and Anti-Slip Applications
The NexCast™ ACT-G range features the 41/22 toothed profile, designed for applications requiring superior slip resistance and full 3D load transfer. The serrated channel lips mechanically interlock with matching toothed T-bolts, preventing longitudinal movement and enabling safe installation under high shear demands.
Hot-dip galvanised to ≥50 µm, ACT-G channels are ideal for industrial structures, seismic detailing, dynamic mechanical assemblies, transport structures, and anywhere precision alignment and anti-slip performance is critical.

Benefits of Toothed Anchor Channels for High-Load Applications
Toothed anchor channels provide a mechanical interlock between the channel and the T-bolt, preventing longitudinal movement and enabling reliable 3D load transfer. The NexCast™ ACT-G galvanised system is designed for applications where slip resistance, dynamic forces, or seismic considerations are present.
Where 3D load transfer is not required, standard galvanised cast-in anchor channels may provide a simpler solution. For projects exposed to corrosive or marine environments that still require mechanical interlocking, toothed stainless steel anchor channels may be specified.
ACT-G profiles must be installed using toothed T-bolts designed for mechanical interlock anchor channels.
