HYDRAJAWS® M35+ Pro Kit Digital Pull Tester

The modular design of the M35+ tester is a first for the industry providing greater flexibility for testing anchor points or proof loading anchors on site or in the lab. This single unit is a powerful tester with ability to pull anchors as large as M30 to a capacity of 6.5 tonnes.

The Pro Kit is fully optioned with 3 load spreading bridges – that can be fitted with ease. The testing cell is intergrated with the standard bridge which is designed to then be fitted directly into the provided medium and large bridge options.

The Hydrajaws M35+ introduces cutting-edge ‘Easi-Effort®’ technology, setting a new standard in the efficiency of applying torque for mechanical anchor pull testing.

Requiring nearly a quarter of the effort compared* to it's counterpart models, a maximum torque of 9.8Nm and 18.8Nm is applied to test up-to 3.5 tonnes and 6.5 tonnes respectively.

Dual Load Capacity Tester

The M35+ has been engineered as a dual load capacity tester allowing tests up-to 35kN straight out of the case. This can be increased up-to a 65kN load capacity when fitted with the included medium or large bridge option from the kit. Included extension legs can then be fitted to the unit to further clear any height or uneven surface.

Included medium and large bridges expands the capacity of the M35+ to 65kN and increases the footprint to 210mm and 310mm wide.
Complete pull testing procedures in line with BS 8539, BS 7883:2019, BS EN 795:2012, BS 8610, NASC Guidance Note TG4:19 and AEFAC-TN05.
Advanced-Data Logging with Hydrajaws® Verify Pro App – Equipped with state-of-the-art data logging capabilities, the M35+ allows for real-time monitoring and tracking of pull testing results via the Hydrajaws Verify App
Bluetooth® – dual-scale rechargeable digital gauge gives an accurate and clear display of the readings.
Hydrajaws® gauge calibration certificate (valid for 12 months). Re-calibration services completed by Allfasteners
Apply loads by hand up-to 10kN via the operators hand-wheel when fitted with the standard bridge.
Apply loads up-to 65kN when using the medium or large bridge with the supplied ratchet.

*Reduction in required effort compared to its counterpart, the Hydrajaws M2050. While the M2050 demands 68Nm at 50kN, the M35+ achieves comparable results with nearly a quarter of the torqueing effort with a maximum torque of 9.8Nm at 35kN and 18.8Nm at 65kN.
