HYDRAJAWS® M35+ Dual Kit Digital Pull Tester

A dual capacity kit the Hydrajaws M35+ can be both a 35kN and 65kN tester. The first of its kind this modular designed tester opens up a large range of testing possibilities. Engineered to be lightweight and portable, travel anywhere as the Dual Kit fits entirely in the included padded rucksack.

The ergonomically designed operator wheel has replaced the large turning handles of mid-range testers. Allowing operators to test anchors comprised by walls or ceilings and tension anchors up-to 10kN by hand!

Requiring nearly a quarter of the effort compared* to it's counterpart models, a maximum torque of 18.8Nm is applied to test up-to 65kN. Easi-Effort® engineering is setting the new standard for efficiency and reducing user fatigue.

Dual Load Capacity Tester

Technicians can now increase the range of anchors that can be tested with a single unit. The M35+ has been engineered as a dual load capacity tester allowing tests up-to 35kN straight out of the supplied rucksack. This can be increased up-to a 65kN load capacity when fitted with the included medium bridge from the kit. Optional extension legs can be fitted to this unit to further clear any height or uneven surface.

Bluetooth® – dual-scale rechargeable digital gauge gives an accurate and clear display of the readings.
Hydrajaws® gauge calibration certificate (valid for 12 months). Re-calibration services completed by Allfasteners
Apply loads by hand up-to 10kN via the operators hand-wheel. Using the supplied ratchet the hand-wheel can be removed and loads above 10kN can be applied.

Medium 65kN (14,613lbf) load spreading bridge. Overall footprint 334 x 178mm. Increases clearance to 210mm.

*Reduction in required effort compared to its counterpart, the Hydrajaws M2050. While the M2050 demands 68Nm at 50kN, the M35+ achieves comparable results with nearly a quarter of the torqueing effort with a maximum torque of 9.8Nm at 35kN and 18.8Nm at 65kN.
