The M2050 Pro Hydrajaws® Kit is a medium duty tester that enables you to confirm with your engineer the holding power of anchors in most construction materials. Establish safe working loads or validate the correct installation of existing anchors and fixings points. A tensile load up-to 50kN can be applied to the fixing, results are displayed through the digital gauge making this tester a very reliable tool on site.

The load spreading bridge on a M2050 keeps reaction loads away from the fixing point – download the footprint diagram below. Anchors up-to M16 may be located directly in the tester, while a variety of adapators included in the kit enable testing up-to M24

All kits come with 12-month calibration and we offer re-calibration servicing in Melbourne.

Description

Upgraded Engineering

To accommodate the increased load, although the main tester is similar in appearance to our M2000 tester, many key internal components parts have been upgraded.

Turning handle

A new turning handle has been developed to accommodate the larger load. It offers a larger handle for ease of use and features an integrated M24 operating nut for use with a ratchet spanner when in operation in confined spaces.

Reinforced Load Spreading Bridge

To sustain a 50kN load a new robust bridge design has been made which is denser in profile. It features three telescopic legs with pin arrangement in six positions and 30mm of fine adjustment at the base.

Add a Bluetooth® Subscription

The 50kN digital gauge included in this kit features Bluetooth® for linking up with the new Hydrajaws® Bluetooth® app. A hand held device such as a smartphone or tablet with access to Google Play or Apple® App Store is required. For more information on Bluetooth® enable devices click here. All kits come with 12-month calibration and we offer re-calibration servicing in Melbourne when required.
