XSAH-Z screw-anchors are a versatile, high-performance concrete anchor with 3-depths of acceptable embedment. Screw-anchors cut a positive thread in the concrete when installed and enable attachment to be made to close to edge as a non-expanding anchors. The approved embedments enables subsequent alignment to compensate for unevenness.
XSAH-Z are ideal for temporary fixings as they are fully removable, installation can be with the use of a impact screwdriver.
The advantage of the ETA assessment allows for use in cracked concrete and under C1 & C2 seismic conditions* in some application.

Description
Application
- Anchor moderate to heavy loads in cracked and non-cracked concrete
- Railings and handrails, shelves, wooden beams, supports and braces, brackets, pipeline and cable routes, suspended ceilings and more
- Without assessment can be used in compression-resistant natural stone and solid brick
Advantages
- European Technical Assessment (ETA) for anchoring in cracked and non-cracked concrete (Option 1) for concrete screws in sizes ø 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14
- With up to 3 embedment depths, it is versatile for high loads or low levels of drilling and installation effort
- Approved for use under seismic* conditions of category C1 & C2 (ø8 to ø14 for embedment depth hnom3)
- Approved for use under fi re exposure
- Small drill hole diameter, small edge and axial gap
- No curing times – can be loaded immediately
- Adjustable to compensate for unevenness (Ø8 to Ø14 mm)
- Can be fully removed
