XSAB-Z screw-anchors are suited to flat fixing with a high-quality look. The torx drive pan head anchor provides reliable installation and maximum clamping force from the large under head surface. These high-performance concrete anchors have a range of acceptable embedment depths and are seismic* rated. The approved range of embedments enables subsequent alignment of fixture.

Screw-anchors cut a positive thread in the concrete when installed. XSAB-Z are ideal for permanent fixings however they are fully removable, installation can be with the use of a impact screwdriver using a T30 bit.

The advantage of the ETA assessment allows for use in critical application under guidance of the NCC.
