The NexCast™ AC-S range includes 7 ETA-certified profiles in 316 (A4-70) stainless steel, offering long-term durability in corrosive, marine, and coastal environments. Suitable for façade connections, exterior curtain walls, architectural precast, water infrastructure, and industrial chemical settings, these profiles support applications requiring high corrosion resistance and precise tolerances.
All AC-S profiles are fire-rated and designed for 2D loading. The AC-S 40/26P Powered channel is additionally fatigue-rated, enabling dynamic-load performance with the compatible M12 TB1-S stainless steel T-bolt.
The NexCast™ ACT-G range features the 41/22 toothed profile, designed for applications requiring superior slip resistance and full 3D load transfer. The serrated channel lips mechanically interlock with matching toothed T-bolts, preventing longitudinal movement and enabling safe installation under high shear demands.
