Post-Upgrade Update: A Message from Our Team

Our internal systems upgrade is now complete, and our new platform is officially live.

While we had planned for a smooth transition with minimal disruption, we are currently experiencing some delays in order dispatch due to a backlog created during this changeover period.

To ensure every order is accurate and every customer detail is correct, our team is manually triple-checking each transaction while we bring system functionality online in a staged approach. This careful review process is essential to maintaining the high standards you expect from us.

What You Need To Know?

We’re upgrading our internal systems to keep up with changing technology infrastructure and future-proof our operations—so we can serve you even better.

To continue improving our service and efficiency, we’ll be transitioning to a new internal operating platform starting Wednesday 30th July, with completion expected by Monday 4th August. While we’re working hard to ensure minimal disruption, there may be some slight delays in order processing, dispatch, or delivery* during this time.

During this temporaty period any delays in order processing and dispatch will be communicated to you at the time of ordering. To help avoid disruption to your day-to-day, we strongly recommend placing any urgent or time-sensitive orders as soon as possible.
