AC-G Hot-rolled Cast-In Anchor Channel
Our hot rolled cast-in anchor channels are built for structural performance where reliability under high static or dynamic loading is critical. Made using hot rolling techniques, these channels provide excellent strength and uniformity — making them ideal for demanding infrastructure and precast concrete projects.

- 52/34P – 52 mm wide × 34 mm high
- 50/30P – 50 mm wide × 30 mm high
- 40/22P – 40 mm wide × 22 mm high

Features & Benefits:
- Longer and stronger pressed studs for improved concrete anchorage and load transfer
- Thicker profiles with deeper hook for higher load resistance and mechanical interlock
- Suitable for dynamic and seismic loading conditions
- Channel and anchor studs hot-dip galvanized to ≥50 μm (EN ISO 10684)
- Supplied in standard lengths, with custom lengths up to 6 m available
- Compatible with 8.8 grade T-bolts (M10–M20)
- ETA-certified and compliant with AS 5216
- Allows precise, adjustable fixing without on-site drilling
