SD500® Hex 12-24 Self Drilling Screws Bimetal Stainless

The SD500^® Hex Self Drilling Screws feature hardened carbon steel drill tip 304 grade stainless steel body and head. This gives the ultimate corrosion resistance in a self drilling screw that can be used in applications using variety of metals.

SD500^® Hex Self Drilling Screws have a dual layer Ruspert surface coating therefore the surface will not appear to have a typical stainless steel look. This is simply part of the manufacturing process ensuring a high level of corrosion protection.

Drill capacity through steel: 6.00 – 12.00 mm

Proper installation should allow for the entire screw point to penetrate your joining material. Please select the correct length.
