ITS-Z Chem Stud Internal Thread CL5.8 Zinc
ITS-Z stud is an internally threaded chem stud which can be used when expansion anchors and screw-anchors cannot be selected and the fixing point must remain flush. Internally threaded studs use a metric thread and are used when the fixture or equipment is only temporary.

Description
USE:
An appropriate chemical adhesive must be selected for the application–zinc plated studs can be used with epoxy, vinylester or polyester injection systems. As they are a bonded anchor they are resistant to vibration making them ideal for holding down machinery.
- 5.8 high grade zinc plated carbon steel for internal use (away from coastal areas)
- Rolled external surface (false thread) provides an increased surface area for chemical adhesive to bond too
- Internally threaded for permanent or temporary fixing
- Ideal for securing equipment, machinery, steel channel or track
- For creating temporary fixing points using metric bolts
