SQ500® Hex Head SD Spiral Point Screws Bimetal 316
One of the largest stainless steel self drillers available the bimetal SQ500® are a high performance self-drilling screws for connections to steel in high corrosive environments. These are larger screws with an increased drilling ability over common No.3 and No.5 drill points.
SQ500® screws feature a spiral drill point providing the capacity to drill through steel up to 12mm. The 6.2mm diameter screw has threads along the full length of the screw – this fine thread will cut its own mating threads into the material to fasten securely in a single action.
The SQ500® is a high-grade 316 stainless steel material body and hardened carbon steel tip.
