Tone GVC302EZ M30 TCB Shear Wrench – 240V Angle

The Tone GVC302EZ is a 240V electric corner shear wrench purpose-built for tensioning M30 tension control (TC) structural bolts — grade S10T high-strength, or F10T ultra-high-strength — the fastener type used throughout bridge, transmission tower and heavy structural steel work. Its angled corner-type head is engineered to reach into tight, confined connections where a straight-bodied shear wrench can't fit, making it a go-to tool for structural steel erectors working around gussets, stiffeners and other restricted-access joints.

Rather than relying on operator judgement, the GVC302EZ drives each M30 bolt to its correct pre-load and then automatically shears off the splined tip — giving a fast, repeatable and verifiable tightening result on every connection, with no separate spline-removal step required. A high-rigidity cast aluminium housing and a double-insulated (Class II) motor keep the tool tough on site while removing the need for an earth connection.
