Flush Top Philips SD Screws Bimetal 316
Flush top self drillers have the performance of 12g screws but with a very small head profile. This is an ideal solution for fitting narrow metal channel or steel brackets in facade application. The low head profile makes them suitable for fixing off brackets or tophats where cladding sheets are to be installed over the top. They will provide the best possible clamping of material up to 6mm thick.
Excellent for external use, the bimetal flushtop head screws feature a heat treated hardened carbon steel drill tips. The head and threaded body are a 316 stainless steel grade. This provides the ultimate corrosion resistance in a self drilling screw whilst still maintaining drilling performance.

Austenitic stainless steel 300 grade with Ruspert coating. Ruspert coating is a high-grade metal surface technology that prevents surface corrosion.
