Double Thread Lag Screws 304 Stainless Steel
Dual thread lag screws (or hanger bolts) allow for permanent or removable connections in many applications. The wood screw thread provides a secure fixing point in soft and hard timbers, whilst the machine thread allows for internally thread parts to be joined.
- Dual thread – opposing wood screw and metric machine screw thread
- 304 stainless steel
Pilot drilling a hole in the timber material is recommended for installation. Lag screws can be driven in using 2 hex nuts in a locking configuration with a powered drill. Longer lag screws feature a flat spot above the timber thread to fit a spanner or wrench.
