Long Quad Static Mixer Nozzle Chemical Injection

The Long Quad Mixer nozzle extends the range of the anchor depths installed with EF500R+ chemical anchor over the standard included mixer nozzle. This quad mixer nozzle can be used for holes 12 - 40mm in diamater and upto a 220mm depth, for greater depths compatible 10mm extension tubes can be fitted.

For correct installation of chemical adhesive, drilled holes must always be filled from the bottom ensuring no air pockets are created. Ensure correct mixture of parts A and B of the anchor adhesive by discarding the first 10cm of adhesive from the new cartridge.

We also recommend the use of piston plugs (sold separtely) with extension tubes to elimanate air pockets in the hole.
