Chemical Adhesive Hi-Flow Mixer Nozzle

For correct installation of chemical adhesive, drilled holes must always be filled from the bottom ensuring no air pockets are created. The Hi-Flow Mixer nozzle ensures correct mixture of parts A and B of the epoxy adhesive. The internal helical design of the nozzle allows for quicker extrusion of epoxy, ideal for oversized and deeper drilled holes.

This static mixer nozzle can be used for holes 18 - 55mm in diameter and up to a 420mm in depth, for greater depths compatible 16mm flexible hoses can be fitted.

Only use with EF500R+ chemical injection cartridges.

We also recommend the use of piston plugs (sold separtely) with extension tubes to elimanate air pockets in the hole.
