We Deliver Anywhere Across Australia
If you're in construction, your materials must be delivered as swiftly as possible. At Allfasteners, delivery is our main priority. We offer many flexible delivery options to be sure you'll get your order in the time frame that best suits you.
We know how frustrating it can be when a supplier fails to deliver items on time, so we work with our courier partners to ensure all products in your order are shipped together and arrive without a hitch.
We have warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane. We dispatch items from all four sites, with most orders being packaged and shipped the same day, and metro regions receiving deliveries day or the next day.
Regional, rural or remote? No problem. We'll work with you to cut lead time while we partner with freight firms to get your goods to you quickly. We have delivered to outback mining sites in Queensland, to the lower Western Australia peninsula.

DeliverX Metro Zones
- FREE delivery* for everyone on orders over $350.
- $20 flat rate* for Melbourne metro postcodes – on orders less then $350.

- Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday to Friday will be delivered on the same day up-until 5pm.
- Orders placed after 11am AEST, on a weekend or public holiday will be delivered the next business day between 7am-5pm.
- Deliver+ expedited delivery is available to the Melbourne metro area and for Allfasteners Trade Portal account customers in selected Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane metro areas only.

- Click & Collect is a free service available for online purchases for Melbourne customers ONLY, collection will be at our Keilor Park Trade Counter.
- You will receive notification via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection usually within 1-2 business hours.
- For Trade customers Click & Collect is available from your local trade counter in Kelior Park, Dry Creek, Ermington and Rocklea via your Trade Portal login

- Click & Collect is a free service available for online purchases for Melbourne customers ONLY, collection will be at our Keilor Park Trade Counter.

Bulk & Large Item Chargers
Overweight Charges: For orders exceeding 20kg a $40 fee is charged plus and an additional per kilo rate charge for every kilo over. Per kilo rates: 21-499kg: $0.50, 500-999kg: $0.40, <1000kg: $0.30.
Threaded Rod < 3m: $35 fee per order. Cannot be delivered by standard couriers.
Corflute Sheets: $65 fee per pack. Be advised will be delivered on a pallet. Cannot be delivered by standard couriers.
Large Items: $45 per item. Some large items such as storage units, ladders and wheelbarrows cannot be delivered by standard couriers and we incur this extra fee. Other large items such as AdjustaStairs will incur a $130 per item delivery charge.
Threaded Rod < 3m: $35 fee per order. Cannot be delivered by standard couriers.

No promo code needed. FREE delivery is automatically applied with DeliverX service is selected at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
The threshold for FREE delivery is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied and is limited to a total order weight of 20kg for delivery outside our Melbourne Metro Zone.

What is Authority to Leave Safe?
Our courier services will allow you to give authority to leave goods depending on your region. By doing this you are giving our courier company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is at the delivery address to sign for your order.
Allfasteners will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your order at an unattended address. All risk for goods ordered will remain with you upon delivery and Allfasteners will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your order without a signature.
Allfasteners requires a signature for power tools, dangerous goods and large items such storage units. If there is no one to sign for goods at the delivery address the goods will be returned and reshipped at a later date for an additional charge.

International delivery outside of Australia? Unfortunately, we cannot offer online delivery outside of Australia. We do not offer any of our goods or services to residents of the EU or Switzerland.
