Chemistry Capsule and Anchor Systems

Allfasteners chemical anchor capsules provide a high-performance fast cure. It is a glass capsule chemical adhesive-compatible stainless steel chemical anchor bolt. The chisel tip point's single activates the chemical, clean break of the glass capsule inside the embedment. Its hex head drive, which resembles a "spin-in" stud type, makes installation easier.

Compared to traditional expansion anchors, this high-performance anchor system allows tighter centre-to-centre and edge distances by chemically bonding a fixing stud to the base material without creating expansion pressures.

Make the Right Choice

Allfasteners anchor capsule is an easy-to-use system that requires no special tools for quick installation and offers robust and stress-free anchoring for concrete and solid masonry.

You can use a rotary hammer drill to spin a chisel-ended anchor stud through the capsule with the necessary drive adaptor to operate the system. This crushes and mixes the contents of the drill hole and starts the curing process. The stud is left to fully cure and form a high-strength bond that is more robust than the base material.

Allfasteners is safe and efficient. The Allfasteners Chemical Anchor capsule is a highly easy-to-use spin-type anchoring system that requires no extra tools. A Chemical capsule anchor bolt performs best when you need uniformity as it is a highly quick-curing glue.

Applications For Chemistry Capsule Anchors

Chemical capsule anchors are frequently used as fasteners to posts or built-in constructions, like walls, ceilings, posts, and so forth, saving the need to rebuild everything from the ground up to add a new post or anchor to support a particular building.

For concrete, brick, stone, and other surfaces where standard anchoring is challenging, chemical anchoring provides a fastening solution. When working with concrete or brick, the chemical adhesive produces an incredibly strong hold far superior to conventional mechanical anchors.

One benefit of using capsule adhesive anchors instead of less expensive mechanical anchor bolts such as dyna-bolts, sleeve anchors, wedge anchors, drop-in or grip anchors, and other anchoring bolts is that the latter have surface tension and restrictions.

With its chemical composition capsule, the chemical capsule anchor automatically fills in all defects and creates an airtight, 100% adhesive drilled hole. The threaded rod and the structures combined on it get strength from this additional adhesion. Additionally, load capacity limitations exist for each mechanical anchor's size, length, and diameter.

Types of Chemistry Capsule Anchors

Polyester resin is designed explicitly for hollow concrete blocks, solid bricks, and semi-hollow bricks.

Epoxy Acrylate's principal benefit is its compatibility even on moist or somewhat wet surfaces. It can handle loads of concrete and is appropriate for solid brick, concrete, cellular concrete, and wood.

Vinyl Ester works with almost all materials, such as solid bricks, semi-hollow bricks, hollow blocks, hollow concrete blocks, concrete, cellular concrete, cracked concrete, and wood. This form of resin is incredibly versatile.
